We welcome coffee from the famed mill, Nano Genji, for the 4th season. Nano Genji has solidified its place, producing some of the best lots year in and year out, in Western Ethiopia. Hoping to alleviate capacity in 2018 and accelerate growth in the Agaro region, Nano Challa split 630+ members between themselves and a new state of the art mill, Nano Genji. Raised drying beds, heirloom varietals that are unique to and adapted for the land, and passionate attention to detail create the consistency that keeps Agaro Gera on our menu.
Nano Genji will sing as filter coffee. We gave been preparing our morning cup with the V60 brewer in hand. You’ll find a nice balance of citrus and peaches with the distinctly Ethiopian floral aroma. As espresso, you’ll get all those tasty citrus feels balanced as orange and dark chocolate.
