Guatemala El Tambor

First time on the menu, El Tambor brings a lot of excitement. Victor practices biodiversity in his farm, after a mining operation had left the land destroyed. Ten percent of the farm is used for vegetables, shade trees are fruit-bearing, and he makes his own natural fertilizers. One of the more interesting cups on the table, El Tambor is known for having a round, creamy body that reminds of milk punch. Red berries, milk chocolate, and vanilla on the finish.
