Guatemala Guayabales

This is the second harvest that we have purchased from Pedro's farm, Guayabales. Each year, his coffees improve. His team actively works with the Villatoro nursery to diversify their offerings, adapting to improve the quality in your morning mug. It takes seven years for a coffee plant to go from seed to producing cherries. Patience marks the process: Dark, ripe cherries highlight a baked apple finish, backed by hazelnut dark chocolate.
