Coming to us from the volcanic paradise of Huehuetenango for the 5th year, Los Dos Socios is the corner-stone that we built our menu around. Concepcion Villatoro produces consistent and scrumptious coffees year-after-year. This year's crop is so so smooth, accentuated by orange and strawberry acidity against its classic backdrop of walnut and dark chocolate.
